If you are not content to receive your last forecast before leaving the dock, and outside routing in not premitted during your race, consider bringing the experience of seasoned forecaster and navigator Eric Holden onboard with you. Eric has raced in many of the worlds premiere sailing events including the Sydney to Hobart, Fastnet, Tour de France a la Voile, Chicago Mackinac, and Kew West and Cowes Race Weeks. He had competed in ocean races such as the Maxi Transatlantic, the Round Britain and Ireland race and the Vic Maui race, where he won line honors and overall corrected.
